Eveline Brownstein is an executive HR advisor with more than 30 years of experience in human resources and leadership.

She advises the leaders of small and growing businesses on employee relations, leadership, compensation, workplace policies, organizational needs, and difficult people decisions.

She previously served as a Vice President of People and has taught leadership and workplace topics through Rutgers University’s Office of Continuing Professional Education for more than a decade.

Eveline holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and is pursuing an EdD in Leadership, Culture, and Change at Thomas Edison State University.
