Course Description
What This Course Is About?
Sales is not luck .It is the disciplined application of customer understanding, product positioning, and closing technique , executed across the full customer acquisition cycle .
Most professionals entering sales roles rely on personality and product knowledge rather than method, which produces inconsistent performance, missed close opportunities, and customers who do not return after the first purchase. This course replaces instinct with structure.
The ABC of Sales builds the foundational customer acquisition management discipline that underpins every retail, B2C, and B2B sales role.
Trainees learn to develop customer acquisition strategies and foster the relationships that attract and retain customers: prospecting and qualifying potential customers within the acquisition cycle, engaging them and interpreting their motivations and behaviours,
positioning products and services that match observed needs and differentiate against competitor offerings, recognising buying signals and closing confidently using techniques matched to the customer’s behaviour ,
and sustaining customer relationships post-sale through structured follow-up and referral generation that fuels the next round of acquisition.
The course is designed for both new and experienced sales professionals across retail walk-in, B2C outreach, and B2B contexts .
It is structured around hands-on role plays, case studies, and live customer interaction simulations , so that by the end of the two days trainees can sell with confidence, close with method, and build the customer base that drives repeat acquisition rather than one-time sales.
